A black and white photographic gelatin print from the 1927 German landmark Sci-Fi silent film Metropolis. The back of the photo is marked in pencil with the film name. The rest of the copy is in German and ‘Huntly Carter’ appears in the lower right corner. The film was directed by Fritz Lang and it is heralded as the first feature length movie of this particular genre.
