Vintage Roseville Pottery "The Hyde Park" and Murano Glass Ash Receivers
Item Details
A pair of ash receivers. Included is a vintage ash receiver by Roseville Pottery marked The Hyde Park. This piece features a square body with concave sides and rounded corners, rendered in mottled teal and blue. It is accented with a bronze tone monogram to the well and four indentations to the rim. The piece bears an impressed mark to the underside: ‘Hyde Park No.1930 U.S.A.’ indicating a production date c. 1940-1954. It is accompanied by a Murano glass receiver with irregular, ruffled rim and translucent white body. It is accented with combed yellow and brown motifs, ground to the base.
Condition
- small chip to corner of ceramic receiver; minor marks and faint scratches.
