Item Details
A five-piece assortment of vintage and antique silver plate flatware with serving utensils. Featured are a Victorian hollow handle fork and matching knife, each boasting a Neoclassical foliate design by Elkington & Co. of Birmingham, England. They are accompanied by a gold washed shell spoon by Crown Silver Co. (active 1935-1950), a rectangular handled crumb tray depicting a bright cut castle framed by scroll and floral detailing with an unidentified ‘G.C.A’ mark to the handle, and a twist handle butter knife in the Webster/Warren pattern by Simeon L. & George H. Rogers. All of the items feature maker’s marks to the backs of the handles.
