Vintage Chippendale Style Mahogany Chest of Drawers

Item Details

A vintage Chippendale style mahogany chest of drawers. This rectangular top chest with beveled edges overhangs a conforming case with three aligned drawers above two full width, stacked drawers. The drawers feature dovetail joinery and brass bail handles. The chest sits on a beveled base rising on cabriole legs with acanthus leaf carved knees and terminating on claw and ball feet. There are no visible maker’s marks.
