A collection of Classic Imari tableware from the Smithsonian Institute. These items were produced by Andrea by Sadek, Japan, inspired by 18th and 19th century English Imari patterns. The original pieces can be found at the Smithsonian National Museum of American History. The pattern boasts a bold floral design in a palette of cobalt blue and iron red with rich gilded detail. This group includes thirty dinner plates, fifty four salad plates and six rimmed soup bowls. Items bear detailed marks to the undersides.
