A Taxco Mexican Victoria by Ana Nunez Brilanti metales casados copper tray with spoon. The oval tray is in a hammered finish with a silver and copper braided edge and featured to the center, an inlaid silver lion on a brass base. The inlaid animal is in a pre-Columbian style with stylized linear details and curvilinear forms. The spoon has a silver bowl with sleeve and carved wooden handle with a rounded end. The tray is marked to the verso with the Victoria Mexico Taxco maker’s mark. Additional information about the artist is included in the enclosed link.
