Jacobean Revival Style Cedar Chest-on-Stand

A vintage Jacobean Revival style cedar chest, by ‘E.R Company, Forest Park Line.’ It features a walnut veneered, hinged top with molded edge, over a facade with pressed carved panel and applied half-turned spindles with fluted detail, on a trestle base with fluted urn front legs and heavy stretchered base. The cedar interior is unfinished. Lock and key are included. Circa 1920-30.
