A watercolor painting on paper of a church by artist Mark Dykstra. This Impressionist style painting depicts a large, stone cathedral featuring a balcony with church bells slightly obscured by a lush tree. Seated at the wooden, arched front door are two figures, who are flanked by columns. To the lower corners is an illegible graphite signature and personal inscription from the artist, dated 2010. The painting is presented under glass beneath matting in a black wooden frame with a sawtooth bracket for hanging and typed contact tag to the verso.

- warping to paper; surface wear to frame; chips with paint loss to frame.
