Vintage Knights of Columbus Sash and Ceremonial Sword with Case
Item Details
A vintage Knights of Columbus sash and ceremonial sword, with sheath and carrying case. The red, white and blue grosgrain ribbon sash has an embroidered red, white, blue and gold patch sewn on, as well as a silver tone metal medallion. The ornate sword has a male head figure at the top, and other embossed and cast metal motifs and designs and the blade is etched with ornate scroll designs, and is marked ‘Knights of Columbus’. The black sheath has an ornate silver tone metal tip, and the sword comes with a tan canvas and leather carrying bag.
Condition
- to Fair; some discoloration/fraying to sash; oxidation and wear to metal medallion on sash; scuffs to sword sheath; some rust and tarnish to sword; canvas bag is worn, stained and frayed in areas throughout; cracked and broken leather straps on the canvas bag (belt buckles are intact)
