A selection of two Mctepa Russian trinket boxes. Featured is a lacquered box, artist signed and marked to the top. The box has one curved side and features a hand painted floral design in green, blue and orange on a burled effect brown ground. A border of dots frames the floral design and the hinged lid opens to a red lacquer interior. Also featured is a lacquered, square, footed box with a domed lid by the same artist, signed and titled to the top with the same floral pattern. The box opens to a red lacquered interior.
Condition
- a sticker with bar code and numbers attached to brown box.
