A pair of gouache paintings of castles by artist Karl G. Scheffel with a drawing signed ‘H.M.’ These three piece each depict a rendering of an imposing structure in a thoughtfully-rendered landscape, Scheffel’s signed paintings Berchtesgadener Land and Schloß Satzvey featuring cool naturalistic palettes. The accompanying piece features brownish palette and is signed toward its lower left. These works are unframed and are presented with a signed biography of Karl G. Scheffel.

- light wear to edges and corners; torn plastic on one.
