Colonial Style West Branch Cedar Chest

A vintage Colonial style blanket chest in mahogany and having a cedar interior; retaining a cardboard label, ‘West Branch Cedar Chest’. The rectangular, hinged top has a molded edge, over five faux drawer fronts with brass batwing hardware. The projecting base features a waist molding, above a carved scallop shell and apron, containing two drawers with brass pulls. between four cabriole legs and claw-and-ball feet. The lock was removed for child safety.
