An offset lithograph print on paper titled Maypole Dance after an illustration by listed New England artist Tasha Tudor (1915 – 2008). The piece depicts a group of smiling children, some wearing flower garlands in their hair, dancing around a colorful maypole. The image features a floral-themed border which is signed ‘T. Tudor 77’ in plate to the lower right, with an additional hand signature in pen of ‘T. Tudor 1992’ above. The print is matted in off-white and presented under glass in a wooden frame fitted with hanging wire to the verso.

Condition

- minor discoloration to paper; slight edge wear and scuffing to frame; crack to glass at upper right.
