Antique Commercial Cheese Cutter
Item Details
An antique commercial cheese cutter by the Computing Cheese Company. This early twentieth century machine was designed for use in cheese shops and markets and is equipped to measure accurate quantities by rotating and setting the handle for the desired amount. The device was designed by Frank Dunn and is marked ‘Computing Cheese Co. Incorporated Patented Anderson, Ind. USA’ to the side of the handle.
