A circa 1920 Rube Bressler Cincinnati Reds ‘strip’ baseball card. This card depicts early Reds star left fielder and slugger Rube Bresslern in an action pose. With a green background and beige colored borders, the card is printed on a thin paper stock. The backside of this card is blank. Colorful,’ strip’ cards were available at amusement parks, dime stores, and general stores, placed on panels which were individually hand cut. Rube Bressler was a member of the 1919 Cincinnati Reds Wolrd Champions team. This antique baseball card is housed in a protective top loader.
Condition
Edge and surface age wear with touched/rounded corner. Slight soiling. The colors are bold and vivid.

The measurements reflect the size of the protective top loader. The card was not measured.
