This painting depicts an alpine, wooded hillside featuring a treaded dirt road and a rustic lodge obscured by tall trees. To the distance is a snowy mountainscape towering over the foreground. Found to the lower left corner of the composition is an etched artist signature. The painting is presented in a dark and stained wooden frame featuring a gold tone inner border with hanging wire to the verso.
