An antique watercolor painting on textured paper by artist C. Russell. The piece depicts the portrait of a woman in late 19th-century attire including a patterned dress with floral accent, as well as a large brimmed straw hat with green sash and pink flower embellishments. The work is signed ‘C. Russell’ in grey paint to the lower right. It is presented under glass in a vintage elliptical gold tone wooden frame with hanging wire mounted to the verso.
