A signed Elizabeth Shoumatoff limited edition offset lithograph print. This print titled The Unfinished Portrait features the 32nd President of the United States, Franklin D. Roosevelt (1882 – 1945). The original portrait of Roosevelt was in the process of creation by artist, Elizabeth Shoumatoff (American, 1888 – 1980), when he passed midday of April 12, 1945. This limited edition print is number 93, limited to 100 prints from the first run of printing, out of a total of 10,000 prints. This print was created from the lithograph plates in December, 1952. The piece is signed in graphite by Elizabeth Shoumatoff by hand in graphite to the lower right. The COA with the impression from The Franklin D. Roosevelt Warm Springs Memorial Commission is attached to the reverse, along with a summary regarding the original work. The print is presented in a black wooden frame behind glass.
