An oil painting on canvas of a panoramic mountain landscape by listed artist James Emery Greer (American, 1948-1990). The painting is rendered in thick impasto, depicts a grand vista of high craggy mountain peaks descending sparse fir trees. This work is signed to the lower right corner. It is presented in a gilt frame with leaf and berry moulding and white linen liner. To the verso, is a framers label for Savageau’s in Denver, Colorado and hanging hardware.
