An assortment of six pieces of Italian decor. Two Neoclassical style ceramic lidded urns with angelic figurehead handles, painted in gilt, black, and green accents on a white field with classical cameos painted to the center; marked ‘D.1796, Z Italy’ in black paint to the bottom.
A circa 1970s Heygill ceramic footed jar with gold toned rose pattern on a white field; marked ‘20559, Hand Made in Italy, A. Heygill.’ A handmade mid-century Italian ash receiver featuring a gilded wooden frame with detailed damask pattern to the interior and square-shaped glass insert; sticker affixed to the bottom reads, “A Decorative Craft, Florentia, Hand Made in Italy” with hallmark on felt. Two decorative miniature swords or letter openers with an image of Venus on the handle and secured, with leather, to the red felt display plaque; affixed sticker to the back of the felt reads, ‘Made in Italy.’

Condition

- fair; wooden ash receiver has significant wear, denting, and loss of finish.
- one decorative sword and handle detach from one another.
- overall good; some wear, scratching, light chipping, and discoloration to be expected from age and use.
