A vintage miniature Curiosity Shop from the Charles Tebelman Collection designed in a paneled storefront design to the exterior with sign which reads ‘The Curio Shop A. J. Kuresman Prop.’. There is a recessed double door center entry, large display windows, stained glass style accent windows, dentil molding to the roof line and reeded architectural pillar accents. The exterior is primarily forest green with faux marble and walnut colored accents. Inside is a quaint antique shop featuring a hanging door bell, antique style chandelier and light fixtures which actually light up. There is a glass display case, mirror back built in display shelves with stained glass style accents to the top, a bow front china cabinet, slant front desk, oriental style hand made needlepoint rug, steamer trunk, art on easel, religious icon on pedestal stand, small tables, chairs and more. There is an array of small items and curiosities including replicas of miniature glassware, figurines, porcelains, books, musical instruments, cruet set, marble busts, stein plates, clock, microscope and so much more, all made of various materials. The room is created in a wooden box which has working light fixtures inside and a hinged glass door to the front which swings to open from left hinges. The power cord has an inline turn switch. The scale of the room is: 1 inch = 1 foot.
