Item Details
An oil painting on canvas by J. Medina. This rural landscape depicts a red barn with a grain silo in the center of a field at the edge of a forest. Everything is covered in a thick layer of snow, and the sky is an overcast gray. The work is signed to the lower right corner and presented in a gold tone wood frame with corner cartouche molding and a fabric liner with gold tone fillet. The work is wired to the verso for hanging and marked as an original work.
Condition
- indentation to canvas; craquelure in sky area; foxing to verso; foxing to fabric liner; frame has surface wear to edges and corners.
