An oil painting on panel of a canal scene signed by an artist with the name A. Ferretti. This Impressionist style painting depicts a Venetian canal cutting through rustic, brick buildings overtaken by lush foliage, with docked gondolas and an arched bridge to the distance. To the lower right corner of the composition is a painted artist signature. The painting is presented under glass in a gold tone wooden frame with hanging wire to the verso.

- glass could be cleaned more thoroughly; light wear to frame finish; backing is somewhat loose in frame.
