Vintage Sheridan Silver Co. Silver Plate Foliate Teapot

Item Details

A vintage silver plate teapot by Sheridan Silver Co. of Taunton, Massachusetts (active 1946 – 1973). This teapot has a rotund form and features a top scrolled foliate handle with foliage details at the spout, as well as an urn-shaped finial on the lid. It rests on a round, stepped foot and is marked on the underside with the Sheridan Silver Co. maker’s mark above, ‘Silver on Copper’.
