A watercolor painting on paper, titled Rocky Mnt. Big Horn, by artist Barbara Jean Rathbun. This painting depicts a flock of the titular horned sheep grazing on an expansive, cool toned field. The majority of the herd poses to the distance, loosely defined with pigment, while one sheep stands to the foreground staring towards the viewer and is fully rendered. To the lower right corner of the composition is a painted signature. The painting is presented under glass beneath layered matting in a stained wooden frame with triangular brackets to the verso for hanging and a typed business card.
