A gouache painting on paper of a bighorn sheep by artist Edna Carter. This painting, rendered with delicate brushstrokes, depicts a portrait of the titular animal against a light blue and peach tone background. It is signed by hand to the lower left margin and matted in white. The painting is presented behind glass in a wooden frame with a metal hanging wire to the verso. Affixed to the verso is the artist’s business card.
