An edition of the Treaty of Saint-German-En-Laye. This edition includes the Treaty and two addenda pertaining to vessels sunken during hostilities; and a prohibition on trade between Austria and Hungary. It is written in English, French and Italian. According to a paper accompanying the text, it was presented to U.S. Army General Tasker H. Bliss (1853-1930), a general instrumental in the peace negotiations which led to the signing of the Treaty of Versailles and the end of World War I and who was appointed the Plenipotentiary of the American delegation.
