Item Details
An oil painting on canvas of a mountain lake by listed German artist Hans Otto Kraus (c. 19th-20th century). This thoughtfully-rendered work depicts a glassy lake lined by groves of trees and backed by hazy green hills leading upwards to a craggy mountain range. It is signed by the artist to its lower right and is mounted in a distressed whitewashed frame with a white liner and a hanging wire to its verso along with a stamp reading ‘Viktoria Malleinen.’
