A hand painted Our Lady of Divine Providence icon. This piece depicts a hand painted image of Virgin Mary seated with her hands in prayer position, with her child sleeping across her lap. The highly detailed image is framed in a colorful shrine with embossed floral and medallion motifs throughout, along with a plaque to the apron that reads ‘Ntra Sra, Dela’ ‘Providencia’. The shrine is finished with a blue and white ‘tiled’ roof, and offers a hook and picture to the verso. Unmarked
