A machine made area rug in the Heriz Medallion pattern from the Persian Treasures collection by Karastan. This machine made rug features a color scheme of golden-yellow, scarlet red, navy blue, white and sky blue with a Heriz inspired design. It has a pointed box shaped medallion on a carnelian red field patterned with lancet leaves, palmettes, and lobbed blossoms. It is framed with running water and samovar pattern borders and finished with fringe to either end. Marked to verso with Karastan tag.
