An offset lithograph on paper titled End of the Trail after a painting by Michael J. Meketi, which was inspired by a sculpture of the same name by James Earle Fraser (1876 – 1953). This work depicts a Native American warrior on horseback on a desolate plain under a leaden sky slumped in his saddle in obvious grief. The piece is signed in plate to the lower right. It is presented behind a gray mat, behind glass, in a wooden frame with a hanging wire to the verso.

Condition

- abrasion to frame to lower left; nicks and minor wear to frame.
