1940s-1950s Large "Pledge of Allegiance" Satin or Silk Banner

A 1940s-1950s satin banner that presents the United States of America’s ‘Pledge of Allegiance’. The banner portrays red, white, and blue, graphics of the American flag in the upper left corner with a silhouette of a boy looking at the words, ‘mouth open’ to make it appear as if he’s reciting the pledge, hand over his heart, located at the lower right corner. A graphic of red ribbon frames the words (which are done in bold blue letters) and the arm of the Statue of Liberty holding her flame appears at the top in red. This banner is held up by a wooden rod, gold/copper toned with a gold-toned rope. Gold-toned fringe trims the bottom of the banner.
