A watercolor painting on paper of a street scene by American artist Thelma B. Park. This painting depicts a street in Central America with plant covered balconies overlooking a street with figures strolling past a man in a sombrero with vendor carts. The piece is signed by the artist to the lower right. It is presented behind a white mat with a beige liner, behind glass, in a wooden frame with a hanging wire to the verso.
