This collection includes Mastering the Art of French Cooking by Simone Beck, Louisette Bertholle and Julia Child (Knopf, 1964) and three additional books by Julia Child: Julia Child & Company (Knopf, 1979), The Way to Cook (Knopf, 1989), and Baking With Julia (William Morrow, 1996). Also included are a later edition of Mastering the Art of French Cooking (Knopf, c. 1970s), titled as ‘Volume One’ after the 1970 publication of the second volume, and a first Vintage Books edition of Simca’s Cuisine by Simone Beck (Vintage Books, 1976).
