A watercolor painting on paper of a village street by Philip Moose (North Carolina, 1921 – 2001). Depicted are colorful buildings close together on a small village street leading down to a church at the end. Artist’s signature in paint to lower right corner. Piece is presented matted under glass in a wooden frame with wire hanger to the verso.
Condition
- wear to edges of frame; frame loose at lower right and left corners; mat burn to painting; mat burn to matting; toning to paper; white stain to lower margin of matting.
