A reproduction print on paper titled Interior de la Cathedral de Mexico after Italian-born artist Petro Gualdi (1808-1857). This print depicts the interior of the Mexico City Metropolitan Cathedral with a vaulted ceiling and recessed choir in the center. It is signed and dated 1852 in plate to the lower left, titled to the lower center margin, has the artist’s name printed in the lower right corner, and has the printer’s information in the lower left. It is presented behind glass in a wood frame with a triangle hook to the verso for hanging.

Condition

- scratches, dents, and scuffs to frame; accretion to surfaces.
