A signed limited edition offset lithograph by John A. Ruthven (b. 1924) titled Barred Owls. Strix varia. Ruthven is a well-listed Ohio wildlife artist, who depicts a mother Barred Owl and two owlettes perched on the branches of pine tree. It is signed in plate and below the plate in pencil to the lower left, and is numbered 897/1500 in pencil to the lower right. The print is presented under non-glare glass in a dark wood stained composite frame with gold tone edge, and triple mats, and is ready to hang with a rear wire. Framed by Galleries of Smith Tudor.
