An antique Edwardian platinum diamond and cubic zirconia lingerie pin. The pin features a delicate ribbon and bow design set with eighty-six old European cut diamonds in a decorative beaded setting. The tips of the ‘ribbon’ are bezel set with two modern replacement cubic zirconia.
