A contemporary oil painting on canvas by American artist Joseph P. Grieco titled Moonlight Wish. The piece depicts an evening scene set under a full moon at the edge of a glassy lake bordered by tall trees and green vegetation. To the center, a figure stands next to a small bonfire on the shoreline. The work is signed in red paint to the lower right and additionally signed and titled in ink to the canvas verso. It is presented without glass in a black and copper tone wooden frame fitted with hanging wire to the verso.
