An oil painting on canvas titled Acropole by Regis Bouvier De Cachard. This expressionist style work depicts an abstract view of the Acropolis in Athens, Greece with buildings and cypress trees rendered in an angular, linear manner. The piece is signed and dated by the artist to the lower right and appears to read ‘De Cachard ’69.’ It is presented in a carved wooden frame with a hanging wire to the verso.

- small areas of paint loss along perimeter of painting; wear to edges and corners of frame.
