A 1926 Martele’ Art Glass Vase for Phoenix Consolidated Glass. This “Cockatoo” vase is in a satin finish, designed by Reuben Haley for Phoenix Consolidated Glass. The artist was inspired by Rene’ Lalique who had just exhibited at the 1925 Paris Exposition. This bulbous vase has teal cockatoos and brown branches with soft blue berries done in relief in an allover design on the entire circumference of the piece. The vase is not signed to the bottom.
