A late 20th-century oil painting on canvas by American artist Frank Bentley (1941 – 2006) titled The Glory of Autumn. The piece depicts a glassy stream running through an autumn forest landscape, set against a backdrop of hazy skies. The work is signed in red paint to the lower left, with artist and title information printed on a label adhered to the backing. It is presented without glass in a gold tone wooden frame with moulded foliate embellishments, fitted with hanging wire to the verso.
