An oil painting on canvas of a snowy village by listed American artist and illustrator Marilyn Mark (1930-2009). This painting depicts a Naive style winter village scene featuring children playing in the snow near houses and pine trees positioned on a steep hill. The work is signed in the lower right corner. It is presented in a hand decorated wood frame with a painted pine tree motif. There is a hanging wire mounted to the verso.

- white background of image area is discolored; wood frame showing nicks and scratches around the frame.
