N. Cunan Oil Painting on Canvas of Waterlilies
Item Details
An oil painting on canvas of waterlilies signed by an artist with the name N. Cunan. This painting depicts a pair of the aforementioned flowers blooming with pale red petals. They rest on large, dark green leaves which float against a black body of water. To the lower right corner of the composition is a painted artist signature. The painting is presented in a stained wooden frame featuring a black and silver tone metal inner border with hanging wire to the verso.

- stretcher marks; wood frame showing nicks and scratches around the frame; stretcher cracked and separating, seen to verso; canvas unevenly wrapped to stretcher.
