Item Details
An antique German grain sack with stencil decoration, circa late 19th century. The handwoven, linen sack features an inscription reading ‘Michael Thoma Weber. / in. / Onstmettingen. / 1871.’ It is further decorated with a three-blossom flower at the top as well as a laurel wreath surrounding a stylized flowerhead at the bottom.

- scattered stains/discolored spots; some small holes; some patches/repairs.
