A vintage etching on paper of the royal palace in Paris, France. This piece depicts the corner of an extravagant building against a cloudy blue sky, with figures on a path at the base, in an ovular composition. The work is signed in pencil to the lower right, appearing to read ‘Hernog’, with an inscription to the lower edge that reads ‘Rue de la Conciergerie’. It is presented unmatted under glass, in a silver tone wood frame with a sawtooth hanger to the verso.

- edge wear to frame; toning and minor discoloration to paper; residue to glass; slightly dusty throughout; tape to the verso.
