A vintage Paul Von Hindenburg commemorative metal and porcelain plaque. The piece features a brass tone metal construction featuring the figural Imperial Eagle and anchor design of the insignia of the Kaiserliche Marine. The anchor is marked ‘Die Erinnerung An Die Grosse Zeit’ to the crown and arms which translates to ‘To Remember the Great Times’ and 1914 and 1915 to the flukes. The piece features a black velvet medallion to the center with a porcelain profile of Paul Von Hindenburg to the middle. It features a bracket to the back.
