Item Details
A 1953 oil on academy board landscape painting by listed Ohio artist Arthur E. Bard (1905 – 1979). The painting is rendered in a realistic style, and depicts a lush, abundant landscape that includes mountains, forests and a waterfall. The date and the artist’s signature are inscribed in the paint to the lower left. Presented in a copper tone wood frame with incised detail. A hanging wire is present to the verso.

- yellowing to varnish. Minor wear to frame finish.
