World War II Army Uniform and Booklets Including Army Song Book
Item Details
A World War II US Army uniform with booklets. This lot consists of a women’s khaki US army jacket, overcoat, and two hats. The jacket features brass buttons, four service ribbons, brass ‘US’ and Air Corps pins, unit patches, and corporal’s stripes. The double-breasted overcoat also features Great Seal buttons, and the flat-top kepi hat bears the label of the Reliable Uniform Co. to the interior lining. The envelope garrison cap is labeled from Knox New York to the interior and bears an Army Air Force Training School ‘Ut Viri Volent’ (So the Strong May Fly) pin. Also included are two books including the U.S. Army Song Book.
