A signed oil painting on canvas of a country home by Berman. This painting depicts a single house sitting on the banks of a pond and a dirt road and is signed by hand to the lower left. The painting is presented in a gold tone and black gesso and wood frame with an elaborate floral design. A wire is present to the verso for hanging purposes.
Condition
- protrusion to canvas at lower right; stretcher marks particularly along upper edge; abrasions and discoloration throughout varnish with loss to areas along upper edges; cracks throughout frame; chips to frame at upper left; wear and nicks to finish of frame.
